Villas at Rockbrook is a pet-friendly rental community. We welcome up to two pets in your home with a few exceptions. Certain aggressive breeds, including mixed breeds, are restricted, including, but not limited to: Akita, American Bulldog, Bullmastiff, Mastiff, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Siberian Husky, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Dog, Bull Terrier, Rottweiler. An online registration form must be completed for each pet in your home.
• A maximum of two pets are allowed in each home.
• Residents must pay a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet.
• Aquarium tanks over 50 gallons are prohibited.
